Celebrating Cancer Survivor's! Join us at Stango Park, Lewes DE, on May 19,2018 for our 4th Annual Survive & Thrive 5K and Survivor's Mile. This event will kick off with a 9 a.m. registration and carry into the early afternoon. The Survivor's After Celebration will feature vendors, kid activities, a raffle, k-9 demonstration, music, and festival like atmosphere. Early bird registration is $25 until May 17. Make the most our of your time! Join 20/20/20 Fitness and include three workouts in one. This class, instructed by Stacy LaMotta of Healthy Renovations, will offer 20 minute intervals of Zumba Fitness, Strength and Core and Yoga Stretch. This class alternates with Zumba - only sessions. Integrate mind, body and spirit using techniques developed by the ancient Chinese. You feel revitalized by T'ai Chi's relaxing, rhythmic movements. Classes are open only to people currently undergoing treatment for cancer and their family members and individuals two years out of treatment or less.

First and Third Wednesday of the month at 5 pm
Join our survivors support group which meets the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5 pm. The New You! is faciliatated by Clare Wilson and addresses the ongoing needs of cancer survivors. This group is sponsored, in part, by a grant from the Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece Foundation.

Our monthly bereavement group focuses on issues of loss that continue beyond the early stages of grief. Facilitated by Midge DiNatale of Delaware Hospice.
